Joseph R. Schroeder was admitted to the bar in 1975 in Illinois and Indiana and graduated from Indiana University in 1972 and John Marshall Law School in 1975. Joseph has served as Deputy Prosecutor, Vigo County, Indiana, City Attorney, Marshall, Illinois, 2-term President of Clark County Bar Association, is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.
Joseph’s primary practice areas include Personal Injury, Workmen’s Compensation, Probate, Business/Contracts, Income Tax, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts. He also provides services in general litigation, including Family, Domestic Relations, Criminal and Traffic. Joseph is a member of the Attorney Title Guaranty Fund writing title insurance for real estate transactions.
Paul E. Wieck was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1981 and the Illinois Bar in 1982, graduated from the University of Illinois in 1978 and the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1981. Paul has been a two-term President of the Clark County Bar Association and has been Treasurer of that Association since 1998, is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and member of the Sections on General Practice and Family Law.
