Joseph R. Schroeder

Joseph R. Schroeder was admitted to the bar in 1975 in Illinois and Indiana and graduated from Indiana University in 1972 and John Marshall Law School in 1975. Joseph has served as Deputy Prosecutor, Vigo County, Indiana, City Attorney, Marshall, Illinois, 2-term President of Clark County Bar Association, is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.

Joseph’s primary practice areas include Personal Injury, Workmen’s Compensation, Probate, Business/Contracts, Income Tax, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts. He also provides services in general litigation, including Family, Domestic Relations, Criminal and Traffic. Joseph is a member of the Attorney Title Guaranty Fund writing title insurance for real estate transactions. He also serves on the Board of Directors of First Bank & Trust, with its main office in Paris, Illinois

Paul E. Wieck

Paul E. Wieck was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1981 and the Illinois Bar in 1982, graduated from the University of Illinois in 1978 and the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1981. Paul has been a two-term President of the Clark County Bar Association and has been Treasurer of that Association since 1998, is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and member of the Sections on General Practice and Family Law.

Paul’s practice areas include substantive work in Domestic Relations, including Divorce, Custody, Visitation, Support and Adoption. He is active in Criminal Defense, including Felony, Misdemeanors and Traffic. Paul further has an active practice in General Business Litigation, Contracts and in Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning. Paul also represents claimants for Social Security Disability and those injured by negligence or on the job.

Paul also engages in custodial mediation as a certified Mediator for the Fifth and Second Judicial Circuits
